EVERY DAY @ 7-8:30am + 4-5PM
Morning sessions will vary depending on the instructor, but will always be a practice that gets your blood moving, joints limber, and limbs strong, supple, and ready for the day.
Evening sessions will be restorative practices to help you recover, rejuvenate, and integrate all the the day has brought.

EVERY DAY @ 8:30-9am + 5-5:30pm
Each meditation session begins with Vayu breathing exercises followed by instruction and practice of the Concise Green Tara Sadhana from the Tibetan Vajriyana tradition which includes calm-abiding mindfulness.
